With 7 years of experience training with my own PT, I know the benefits of having someone to nurture and guide you along your fitness journey. When I started training I was underweight, self-conscious and had cripplingly low self-esteem but over the years my fitness journey has taught me so much more than self-love but also ways to better handle the stressors of life in a healthy and beneficial way. I want to pass on that knowledge to you.
